Incredible new project helps terminally ill record own songs in final days
Just weeks before the end of his life Ron Reed stood up in front of residents at the Marie Curie hospice to sing (pictured below). His young children were with him, joining in with the chorus of the song he had written to mark the end of his life.
Ron was only in his sixties and dying from cancer. He was no musician but with the help of Ben Buddy Slack, founder of the Swan Song Project, Ron wrote and recorded a song dedicated to his life.
