Lyrics

At the bottom of my garden,

the colourful flowers grow.

Each flower has a fairy,

did you know?

When no one is looking,

they come out to play and if you

sit very quietly you may

see them at the dawning of the day.

At the bottom of my garden

If you sit very quietly,

you can see and hear them.

Every year they come together for the

Fairy Queens Ball.

The Fairy Queen is the

Queen of all the fairies,

so elegant, so beautiful

Her name is Rose.

At the bottom of my garden.

There was Fairy Poppy,

she wore a red dress.

Fairy Buttercup,

she wore a yellow dress.

Fairy Marigold,

she wore an orange dress.

Fairy violet,

she wore a violet dress.

Fairy Bluebell,

she wore a blue dress.

Fairy snowdrop,

she wore a white dress.

and Fairy Chrysanthemum,

she wore a brown dress.

At the bottom of the garden.

All the Fairies made their way

to the great Ball room.

But Snowdrop saw

Chrysanthemum’s tears.

all the other Fairies

in their colourful dresses,

mine is so drab,

plain and brown.

With a little bit of magic

a little bit of love.

Snowdrop turned that brown dress,

into heaven above.

at the bottom of my garden

When the Fairy Queen

set eyes on Chrysanthemum.

she exclaimed,

my my my, my my.

She bequeathed her crown

to the beautiful brown Fairy.

And all the Fairies danced

and danced and danced

and danced and danced

and danced all night long,

At the bottom of my garden

Come with me

to the Fairy Queens Ball.

come and see

The Queens Great hall.

Come with me

to the Fairy Queens Ball.

come and see

The Queens Great hall.

At the bottom of my garden
